Josh Wiles

For over 15 years Josh has focused on systems design, development, and operational improvement for various levels of government and large private sector corporations. Prior to starting the Novo Dia Group, Josh was SVP of Product Development for ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. where he oversaw the creation of their Electronic Child Care Time (ECC) and Attendance System as well as the ACS Electronic Payment Card (EPC) products. As President and founder of TPS Josh managed the creation of the EPPIC system the first Web Based transaction processing system designed for electronic payment systems.

Ricky Aviles

Throughout his career in government services, Ricky specialized in the management and implementation of electronic payment systems. Prior to joining the Novo Dia Group, Ricky was the Director of Product Management for ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. and he led or assisted various Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT)/EPC implementations including Ohio, Massachusetts and Illinois. Additionally, Ricky also served as the Technical Implementation Manager, the nations’ first online Women and Infants Children (WIC) system, for the state of Michigan.

Liliana Liu

As one of Novo Dia Group's chief architects Liliana's core competencies includes process engineering and best practices, web application framework, user interfaces, eligibility system interfaces and database integration. For over a decade Liliana has led software engineering management teams and system implementation management teams for government and private sector corporations. Liliana served as the Senior Software Development Manager at ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. defining the development process for the design and implementation of transaction processing solutions for EBT, EPC, and ECC. While at TPS, Liliana was one of the chief architects of the EPPIC platform which served as the framework for these transaction processing solutions that followed.

Jeff Kohlmeyer

Jeff also serves as a chief architect for Novo Dia Group with core competencies that include DBMS implementation, tuning, and query optimization, ISO8583 transactions, point-of-sales (POS) architecture/development for EBT, ECC, and WIC (both online and offline processing). Prior to joining the Novo Dia Group, Jeff was the Technical Architect at ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. leading the design, implementation, and business development for electronic payment services. Jeff was the principle designer and developer of all ACS POS product lines, and is a active contributor to the X9 WIC specification committee. While at TPS, Jeff worked alongside Liliana on the design of the EPPIC platform which served as the framework for the entire product suite.
